Ramses Ja is the host of The Beat's midday show (weekdays 10a-3p). He has gained notoriety in the Hip-Hop community as one of the west coast's premier on-air personalities. As a radio host, he has scored exclusive interviews from the likes of Lupe Fiasco, David Banner, The Game, Talib Kweli, and many others. Since early 2006, he has anchored the #1 rated, world-renowned Hip-Hop radio show Friday Night Flavas (later/currently dubbed R.E.D.Y. Set Radio) alongside Bootleg Kev, but his contributions don't stop there!As an Official Bum Squad DJ and a member of the prestigious DJ Vatican, Ramses has spun for several major-market radio stations, stadium-sized concerts, exclusive nightclubs, and upscale, private functions. In doing so, he has lent his skills to several noteworthy celebrities including The Wu-Tang Clan, Warren G, DMX, EPMD, Rakim, Das EFX, Amare' Stoudemire (New York Knicks), Adrian Wilson (Arizona Cardinals), G-Unit Records, and is currently the resident DJ for 3TV's Your Life A to Z (Fridays on KTVK Channel 3).
